Two Days!!!

Honestly, I have MAJOR butterflies! I am so excited and nervous! It's hard to believe that in less than two days we fly to Guangzhou, and we'll get to meet our newest family member next Monday!!!! MK and I cleaned her room today. We picked up all the little Barbie shoes and tried to baby-proof her room. We haven't had to do that one for a while!! My friend Kathryn brought over outlet covers for us last night. (Thank you Kathryn!!!) Things I didn't think about.....outlet covers, putting the CRIB TOGETHER!!!!!, baby gates, glass items on the low shelves....Man, I am out of practice. I'm sure I'll be a fast learner though. I am just in awe though at the power of God in our life. He has given us three beautiful children, and now is blessing us with another beautiful child. God is soooo good!!

Happy Halloween!

For the first time in 11 years, we were not able to have our annual Halloween party, because I am sick. Phillip manned the door AND took the kids trick-or-treating in our neighborhood. It was sad, because our house ROCKS at Halloween time! Our whole family comes over and we celebrate family with food, laughter, dancing, and lots and lots of candy. We do it for the kids but we adults have just as much fun. Next year Quinn will get to dress in some outlandish costume as well. I can't wait for her to join our family!!!!! The countdown is getting closer. We leave in 13 days!!!
